Made for Renversé Ballet (dir. Steffi Carter) in 2022, this was Ava’s first fully virtual work collaborating with dancers based in the United States, Ireland, and Maritius. Carter describes this short work as “..stretching stillness, packing heat with wonderful weight without the choreography ever feeling heavy.  Superbly expansive while being firmly classically rooted, felt like a hero’s journey….They handle the music deftly….I cannot and will not categorize Ava as an emerging choreographer. They may be young but they’ve set pieces on professional companies. It was clear from their first RB rehearsal that they are in their element when it comes to choreography. Ava is one of those rare, clear planners which is a dream for rehearsal productivity and artistic development. . “
